Should I be worried? I started off at 136 pounds(in normal bmi range) and at 21 weeks I weighed around 144. Today at 23 weeks I am weighing 141.4 pounds. The baby weighed 1.13 pound at 21 weeks. Just getting little scared now.
I wouldn't be concerned as long as your doctor is not concerned. Your gain seems to be in the target range (even having "lost" some.) Our bodies naturally fluctuate up-and-down a few pounds depending upon bathroom activity and intake (salt, food, etc.). If you're still feeling worried, give the nurse's line a call.
We all LOOOOOOOVE threads comparing weight, and these never look like humble brags. Asking a medical professional is overrated. Strangers on the internet are probably better equipped to talk to you about what is healthy and appropriate. Good call!
That is too often weigh once a week minimum. Bodies fluctuate in general let alone when you are pregnant. But really if your dr isn't concerned don't be worried. Otherwise bring it up to them if they aren't aware.
Yeah, like PP's have said there are two threads going now about this topic. Also, stop weighing yourself every 2 days it's going to do nothing for you at all. I would honestly only weigh yourself once in between apts if you can't help yourself.

noelietrex : Sorry if i offended you in any way. I have been talking to my doc and she isn't worried. But when I read online about weight people have gained(which seems appropriate during pregnancy) makes me/hubby nervous. I feel like maybe I am doing something wrong. I am a FTM so I tend to overthink a lot. Again sorry if I offened you in any way.
I weigh more/less depending on when I weigh myself, how much poop is currently in my body, whether I'm hydrated, etc. I try to weigh myself once or twice a month, but not fixate on anything.
@rsp247 I'm a FTM too weight can be a really tricky thing when pregnant thanks for not getting defensive but yes definitely check out the tread about moms try to gain or gaining too slow it will connect you with ladies with similar issues. Also I know my ms has kicked back up so know our bodies keep changing and adjusting try and relax unless your dr tells you not to
@rsp21 you know what is the golden rule for pregnancy. If your doctor is not concerned don't be!!! It's gonna save you a lot of stress and worries!! Stay away from DR Google and Internet for comparaison!! I'm a FTM and high risk and this is the only way to stay sane! Doctors know better than all internet strangers together Your baby is going to start gaining weight quickly very soon and your body will start storing fat for breastfeeding purpose!! Your body knows what to do!
Plusalso I forgot the baby weight is really an estimate. Ultrasounds can be off by a lot!! A 1.13 pounds baby at 21 weeks if it's accurate is a pretty good above average weight!

You just answered your own question. To reiterate:
I don't think it's a necessarily a bad thing to monitor your weight every so often if its coming from a place of just wanting to make sure you're staying on track... I check every so often at work and would probably be a little surprised to if I had a sudden weight loss. Regardless, OP if you haven't changed any of your eating habits or you think you're eating more and you're still continuing to lose weight then talk with your doctor about it. But keep in mind, as PP's have said, anything from whether or not you had a BM in the morning, to how much sodium you had the day before, water retention, bloat, etc can all factor in. Crap, I think I lose 2 pounds after my morning cup of coffee and probably gain five over the course of the day because, food. Sounds like baby is perfectly healthy. We're all scared and a lot of FTM's as well. Stay the hell away from Dr.Google!!! and refer to your physician if you continue to lose weight (not on purpose).
