My nephew bought me a green scarf while in Rome. It's not exactly my style but I need to wear it since I was the only person he thought of while over there. On pinterest people always post cardigan and scarf pictures. It's a long scarf with fringe on the end that you could use as a sarong or wrap at night. It's just a couple shades of green. I just need to wear it with something and post a pic on facebook. Maybe when I post a pic one of you could just comment on how it's really nice or that you like it. that would make him feel really good
Re: fashion help: how do you wear a scarf?
i wore a lot of scarves while in Italy and after i came back home
couple of ones i bought there were square and i would fold them into a triangle and wear them around my neck under my coat.
depending on how long it is, wrap it a couple of times around your neck- loosely, or wear it just hung around your neck over one shoulder, maybe over a turtleneck sweater or crew neck long sleeve tee.
you can also, again depending how long it is, fold it in half lenghtways then make a slipknot around your neck: hold the loop end with one hand and the fringe ends in the other, put the scarf behind your neck and pull the fringe ends though the loop, then fluff the fringe ends. you can also use a pin to hold the 'knot' in place
i might have to raid my scarf drawer now
This is how I wear most of my scarves in winter...
