Mattress Protector

Hi ladies. Where did you get your mattress protector incase your water breaks while sleeping? Do they call them mattress protectors at the store?

I've seen them everywhere. Target, Wal-Mart, Bed, Bath & Beyond. They usually say waterproof mattress covers/pads. Shop around because I've seen them as high as $100!!!

Also, don't forget to put a towel in your car as well as your partner's car or whomever is going to be driving you to the hospital.

Like pp said, they have them everywhere. You can find one at Target for around $30 bucks +/- depending on the size of your mattress.

We got ours at Target! for a good King sized one we paid bout 70 bucks, but it's already been used and saved our mattress numerous times lol.

I also bought a matress protector, however, after I bought it one of my girlfriends said she just put a couple table clothes under her sheets. Don't know how comfy that would be, but if you don't feel like shopping that could also be an option

i wouldnt get one. its a waste of money to use only one time...im going to line my bed with my plastic bags from the grocery store. and save my 70 bucks

I bought a waterproof cover... it has saved us more than once... my water never broke, but the dogs have utilized it.

I bought mine at a mattress store. I think it was somewhere between 40 and 60 dollars. WELL worth the money, I gave it a test run when my water broke on it at 37 weeks with my son.
