I give DD yoplait too. I am hesitant to giver her light because I don't want her eating the artificial sugars. They have some gerber yogurt but we haven't tried it. My mom gave her activia which I wasn't keen on either, she's regular enough.
I give her natural yogurt (ie no flavour) and then add a little maple syrup or honey or a bit of all fruit jam. That way I'm in control of how much sugar she gets. Also most of the light are too low in fat. They should be getting over 3% fat.
I give Tegan the Stonyfield YoBaby Yogurt. It's made with organic ingredients, including organic whole fat milk. It's still a little high on the sugar content (about the same as Yoplait), but I like that it's organic and made with whole milk, so she's getting the higher fat content that she needs. Plus, they have some with veggie, fruit and/or cereal mixed into the yogurt.
We just give DS the Gerber baby/toddler yogurt. Sometimes my SD will give him some of her Yoplait yogurt though. Yogurt is probably his favorite food....not even kidding.

She doesn't much like yogurt now, but I had been getting the yobaby version (because full fat yogurt is HARD to find in the regular grocery store), but I would also give her a plain, full-fat version to which I add jam or fresh fruit.
Fruit yogurt has so much sugar in it. I just give him plain, whole fat Greek Gods yogurt. Occasionally, I'll put some pureed fruit in it, but generally he gets in plain. I don't want him to develop a sweet tooth.
We used to give him Gerber but I realized it's pretty high in sugar. I can't remember which kind we buy but it's whatever had the least amount of sugar but still has flavors.
I buy a variety of yogurts from trader joes. The 6 pack of mini yogurts is pretty good and its full fat. However if I don't have trader joe's yogurt in the house , LO will eat whatever yogurt I have on hand
I give DD Little Champions greek yogurt by Chobani, DD absolutely LOVES it. Sometimes I get her the adult Chobani because I can only find two different flavors of the kids stuff. She doesn't mind the adult stuff as long as the fruit chunks are not too big - if so she picks them out. She will whine unless she gets a container for breakfast every morning.
We do either Stonyfield Probiotics or greek yogurt. Sometimes I'll do the YoToddler if I have a coupon. The Gerber yogurt grosses me out. I won't buy anything that is supposed to be refrigerated and isn't.

I used to buy the Stonyfield Whole Milk Plain yogurt in the huge tubs and mix in fruit or veggie puree. Since he turned one, I have always bought the YoBaby, until recently I discovered the Chobani Kids Greek Yogurt! One of the ingredients of the YoBaby is actual sugar, and the only sugar in the Chobani is from the fruit, sugar is not an actual ingredient. Plus, Greek yogurt has lots of protein and it tastes ALOT better than the YoBaby!
