Help with pricing for yard sale

I have looked on some websites for what to charge for things. There are some things not listed and I am clueless in what to price things at. This is my first yard sale. What would you charge for vases, wine glasses, full dish set? Also what about small/medium size toys like cash register, FP phone, stuff like this?

  • I would personally price things to sell.  Just a couple of bucks each, but that is assuming nothing is an antique or anything?

How is your pregnancy going?  I haven't seen you post much lately and have been wondering.

  • Pregnancy is going good. It was a really rough first trimester, which I didn't have with the others. Now I am starting to feel good again. I am not on here much lately. Things are really busy with the kids back at school and I am back at work.

  • We just had our community yard sale today.

Small plastic toys went for a dollar or two.  Kid clothes - 50 cents a piece or 5 bucks for a bag full.  Vases and knick knacky stuff were a dollar or two as well.

I know it doesn't seem like much, but it added up.  And got the stuff out of my house...

  • It depends if you are looking to make some $$ or just happy to get rid of it...We had one in June.  I made $250.  Things I thought would sell didnt, and things that I thought were junk sold.  It varies.  I would price a little higher, as alot of people want to negotiate/and want it for cheap or nothing!!  Be prepared.  Good Luck.
