we have a car seat!

BRU is running their Great Trade In event through tomorrow.  We have some awesome friends who gave us their old car seat so we could trade it in.  We saved 25% (almost $50) on our car seat and base yesterday.  It's in the box in the nursery, but buying the car seat definitely made this whole having-a-baby thing seem a bit more real!  Now we just need to get the nursery painted and put together.  Only 16 more weeks to go!

    So exciting!  I'm headed to BRU today, one of my coworkers found me a swing at a yard sale for $2 that I'll be trading in for 25% off our travel system.  It's all starting to seem more real now isn't it!?

    Oh my gosh, I almost forgot about the trade-in event!  We were going to get our crib.  I wonder if the garage sale down the street has any eligible stuff??  They don't have to be in the same category right?  I can trade in a high-chair for a discount on our crib if I want?
