How do you bed-rest mommies do it?!?!?

I got home from the hospital yesterday mid-day, and yes, hung out in bed and slept.  I was exhausted and in pain.

Today, I am going stir crazy!  I know I have pneumonia, but this place is a mess!  I can walk around - so why can't I do a little cleaning?!? 

I don't know how you ladies are doing this, day after day, after day...but you have my highest praise!  I have only a week and I'm SURE I will break every rule that DH wants me to follow.  THIS IS HARD!!

    And that is the exact reason why I'm trying hard to take it easy and give myself lots of breaks. I just can't do bed rest. They would have to keep me in the hospital. GL to all of you ladies on bed rest! I hope time flies for you all.

    I have been on hospital bed rest since Friday while trying to juggle a 3 year old at home and a working husband. I finally had my first break down this morning. I'm not sure how to pass time quickly without eating non stop. I'm looking forward to what others say as well.

    And.....clearly I am a bad patient, because I am feeling worse today than yesterday.  Probably because I did too much.  Dammit.  Embarrassed

    Take it easy! I was on bedrest with my 1st two. TV on DVD saved me :) I watched SO many shows on my laptop! :)

    I have been on bedrest for 2 weeks so far and have 4 more weeks to go. It's one of the worst things ever. People that i tell i'm on bed rest always say im so lucky and they would love to switch lives with me. But it SUCKS! I cant do anything!! my hips constantly hurt from being in bed and even netflix gets old after a while. Im hoping this 4 weeks flies by! Good luck everyone!
