  My plan is two days a week. I used to work from home two days a week pre-baby. Right now lo will not be home when I wah. It is in my wah contract that I cannot be caretaking after anyone while wah. At some point, depending on dh's schedule, dh may watch lo at home while I work. My hours are not tracked, I am salary. though I must be available and working during agreed hours. I used to end up working more hours since often I did not take lunch and work earlier and later. Since I am pumping third may work out better for my boss, since pumping is not very convenient at work.

  I work from home one day a week.  I asked my employer about it after DS#1 was born.  I've been doing it for about 3 years now.  Both kids are home with me.  My arrengement is to work 7.5 hours from home during the course of the week and then I am "off" on WEdnesays - but I always check in and am available for anything that comes up.  My hours are tracked in the sense that I have billable hours that I have to do.

  I work from home two days a week.  Pre-baby, I only got one day a week, and two days is awesome, especially since my commute is 1.5 hours each way- time that could be spent with baby!

  LO goes to daycare, and honestly it's for the best because there is no way I could get any work done at all with her here.  Today she was home with me because she got pink eye, and I thought maybe I could squeeze in like 4 hours of work during naps- nope.  She only took two short naps which were long enough for me to eat and pee.  By the time she took a longer nap, it was early evening and I had to make dinner. So I'll be taking sick leave for today!
  

  There's really no way for them to check in on me, though I'm on email and I'll dial in to conference calls or meetings.  My boss says as long as I'm producing results, he doesn't need to know my exact hours (that's true when I go into work as well- I can decide when to fit in my 8 hours).

  I work a total of 8 hours per week. I go into the office, w/ DD, one day a week and whatever I don't get done b/c of taking care of her, I finish up through the week at home when I have the chance. I was technically able to do this pre-baby but I didn't unless the weather was bad or I was sick. I also worked 12 extra hours pre-baby so my work week was drastically cut after. Right now DD is never in anyone else's care but I'm sadly considering finding care for her on that one day I do go in just so I can be able to get everyone done in one fell swoop and not have to worry about it the rest of the week. I hope your employer is flexible w/ you!

  I WAH the majority of the month, I'm in the office 2 or 3 days out of the month depending on how the coverage schedule works out.  I've been WAH for almost two years.
  

  DD stays at home with me for the entire time.  I go back to work next Thursday and I'll be working 7:30 - 4, M-F.  I have to clock in and out but that's it.  I've been making a point to bring DD into my home office and play on the floor while I blog to get her used to hanging out in my office for the majority of the day.  She's a great napper so I don't foresee any big issues.  I'll just avoid phone calls while she's awake...I avoided them before she was here too.
