No matter what I do, I can not seem to successfully join diaperswappers.com, much to my disappointment. My paypal account (which I use almost everyday for ebay) won't link up- I keep getting an error message saying I can't be verified. So I can't post any of my diapers or trades. People have PM'd me, but I can't PM back- I get an error message saying I must have 4 posts first! But I can't post without having a FSOT account, which it won't let me! I have emailed them twice, once last Thursday and once Monday thinking maybe they didn't get the first one... but nothing, nada... no response at all. I get a confirmation email that they received my "ticket" but then I don't hear anything.
Anyone else have this much trouble?! I am SO discouraged! Their customer support really SUCKS huh? It's too bad because it seems like a good community, I just can't seem to join it!
Re: Diaper Swappers Fail
Yea - when I first joined, if there were some posts that I wanted to purchase on, I just posted in the thread that I was interested, but that I couldnt PM yet - the seller usually PM'd me first, in which case I was able to reply back.
We are having a similar problem trying to load PayPal to one of our farm websites. My hubby has tried to contact PayPal for assistance but gets nothing.

This for me too! To me, it's worth the extra few dollars to find something faster and easier that's new.
I'm confused... you don't have to link your Paypal account to your Diaper Swappers account.
Also, I don't think Diaper Swappers has any sort of "ticket" system? I'm pretty sure all of the "customer support" is just inside the various forums. Are you maybe talking about *Paypal* customer support, by chance? That's completely separate from DS.
As others have said, you do have to have a certain number of posts to do certain things. They have tons of different forums, just like TB does -- not just the FSOT stuff. So, you could go post in the Diaper Chatter forum, the TTC forum, whatever, just to get your post count up.
Good luck! I found Diaper Swappers totally intimidating at first, too, but once I got the hang of it, it was GREAT! It has by far the best selection and lowest prices of any site I've seen.

Yeah, me too - you shouldn't have to do that on DS. I know you have to on Spot's, but definitely not DS.
I'm on temporary hiatus from DS - got burned recently by a seller. Most sellers there are great though, and I've done some serious destashing there myself very successfully. They do have a little too much going on though - kind of overstimulating! lol!
