"put sex in the cupcakes"

I stopped at the bakery to order cupcakes for our gender reveal party on Friday.  DH and I won't know until we bite into the cupcakes with everyone else.  They will be chocolate cupcakes with filling (either pink or blue, probably blue).  This is what the bakery lady wrote on my order form "put sex in the cupcakes" it seemed so gross. LOL

Can't wait for the party on Friday, although I'm quite sure there will be blue on the inside of my cupcakes.

    Fun!   Sometimes I wish DH and I did something like that.  But I couldn't contain myself.  As soon as the u/s said boy for Nicholas and girl for Ava, I was on the phone before I left the Dr's office.

    Yes and DH frequently refers to sperm as baby batter, so gross!

    With DS I found out by myself at work and didn't want that to happen again so we decided to do something fun with it and have everyone together.  I carried the sealed envelope around for 2 days.  Now if only the bakery doesn't screw it up and tell during pick up we should be good to go.  Everyone thinks I looked and I really know but I don't.  My only clue is that it didn't take the tech long to see the goods so that made me think boy even more.

      It just gets better and better!!  kudos to you for not peeking!  I can't wait to hear how it goes!  (and how you felt about finding out in front of all your loved ones :)

    I'll never look at creme filled cup cakes the same way again.

    Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.

    This! Although the reveal sounds like so much fun! DH and I were impatient and wanted to know ASAP!
    After 20 months TTC with PCOS, we were blessed with twins!
