I'm thinking this will be perfect to drown out some of the neighbor noise but have never used one before. Any recommendations?

we bought the conair infant sound machine. I ordered it from target. i think it was only about $25. DS still uses it today b/c he's the lightest sleeper ever. And he'll need it for when baby cries in the middle of the night. I'm definitely buying one for this LO too.
It plugs in or can run on batteries and has bout 10 different sounds, one being white noise, it also has an am/fm radio and alarm clock. It's great.
