I've used this for my past 4 cycles but I still don't know if my timing is right.

I have 3 "songs"

1. From Shots to Retrieval

2. Baby's Sweet Spot

3. The Waiting Game

# 1 is obvious...you listen until ER. There is nothing to listen to from ER-ET. I think I have an older version and there now might be such a "song"

#2 They tell you to listen until implantation and then switch to #3.. HTH are you supposed to know when implantation is? Does this make sense to anyone else? I usually just guess. Wanted to see what other do.....

I got the downloads instead of the CD and it had a 4th track for retrieval to transfer. I think it was Rest and Rejuvenate.

I think my version of the Baby's Sweet spot said something about how long to play it for (a week maybe) but I can't remember.

This is the order of my tracks; 1- hitting your mark - shots to ER 2- rest & rejuvenate - ER to ET 3- babys sweet spot - ET to Implantation - week 1 of the 2ww 4- the waiting game - Implantation to PG test - week 2 of the 2ww

if you have 3 tracks i would assume implantation happens anywhere from 7-10dpo and then switch to next track
