1. Reason you had a CS - I have had 3. First was bc my LO did not tolerate labor. Decels etc #2 and #3 I was given the choice but as my EDDs approached with no change to my cervix my OB and I decided repeat sections were better for me.

1. Baby was stuck after pushing for 2 hours... found out later that he had cranionsynostosis (premature fusing of sutures in his head) so he never would have delivered vaginally anyway.

1. Overdue with zero progress- he would drop and then come back up later in the day, no dilation, no effacement, they couldn't even begin to measure his shoulders and knew he was 9+ lbs. I have a very narrow pelvis so even though the OB was big on "rarely will your body grow a baby to big", she said I just did. Sure enough he was wedged in my pelvis and she said he never would have gotten out vaginally. I'm glad I listened to her or I would have labored and still ended up in the same spot. LO #2 will be a rcs.
First one was fetal distress after 27 hours of labor. The second my daughter had IUGR so she was not tolerating labor well (preemie), and 3rd was a scheduled C/S. After bleeding complications with all 3 PP, I have finally been diagnosed with a medical condition in which my uterus lacks the receptors to respond to Oxytocin. In short, I am one of the small percentage of ladies that *need* C/S, b/c natural birth would most likely lead to life-threatening a bleed out.

1. DD was breech from 20 weeks on. A version wasn't possible due to multiple uterine fibroids.
