Recipe
I need to make something for a shower on weds for one of the girls in our playgroup. I also need to travel 35 min and don't want to have to heat anything up.

Sorry can't do a clicky...but its the Bisquick Zucchini "pie" but its more like a quiche/casserole. If you cook it in the morning and have a dish holder or something that you can carry a hot pyrex in...this can definitely be served lukewarm/room temp. Its delicious
