What are some good high iron foods that your toddler will eat? DD is slightly anemic and I need to get ideas of what to feed her. She is picky so it can be a challenge to find healthy foods that she will eat. TIA!

There are two types of iron: heme iron and non heme iron. Heme iron is much more readily absorbed by the human body and is found in the blood of meat. Non heme iron is not absorbed readily and is found in fortified cereals, vegetables, etc. If you NEED to get iron into the system make sure to include blood rich meats like beef and turkey in the diet.
Here are some links you may find helpful for lists of foods high in iron.
Ground beef seems to be the food of choice for my youngest two, so I make them lots of meat loaves, meat balls, spaghetti and meat sauce, hamburger macaroni casserole, etc.
Other things (high in iron) that they eat lots of: eggs (scrambled is their favorite, quiche is a close second), broccoli (steamed with cheese), watermelon, baked chicken, tuna (in tuna melt sandwiches and tuna casserole) They are not big fans of spinach (yet). I'm allergic to beans, so I don't serve them often, but they are also high in iron.

Hope this helps!
all kinds of meats, and then green, leafy veggies. And also beans. DD LOVES beans.
Even other veggies like sweet potatoes have a decent amount of iron. Also look for iron fortified grains.
Also serve Vitamin C with iron foods as it helps the body absorb the iron. Juice, fruit, vitamins - etc.
Eggs, red meat, iron fortified grains.
