I'm not one to say that a baby is a reason to get married if a baby comes first, but if you're not ready for marriage and a commitment to each other, WTH makes you think you're ready for a baby? Yes!! Absolutely you can take out your own Mirena!! It is super easy and will save you having to go to a clinic!

First, get a pair of vice-grips. Boil them in clean water for at least 10 minutes (don't want to be dirty!!) and then pass them up into your vag. Place the Mirena stings into the vice-grips and ensure it locks.

Next, tie a string to the vice grips! Some people do this step first prior to inserting them into the vag, but you can do it either way. Then, tie the string to the handle of an open door. Lie down facing the door, and slam the heck out of it!!!

Hopefully it will remove your entire uterus! Seriously, if you aren't ready to get married, your BF can't support his kids and nobody seems to have a job--you are NOT ready to have a kid. You remind me of my (step) kid's deadbeat birth-mom.

Ok, so you state that you have been together long enough to ?be ready? to have a child (but not get married) but you have broken up at least two times and during those two times he had relationships with (at least) 2 other women which were relatively short but ?long enough? for him to get on the baby train with them. Either of you have a job or an apparent legal source of income and you have no car BUT, he has seen you take care of his kids with other women so he just KNOWS you are totes ready for mommyhood. And you see nothing wrong with this.
