Help me figure out D's Halloween costume

Last year he was an adorable (although cranky) monkey. This year I was hoping he would be another cute and fuzzy little guy. Not only because it is cute, but because by oct 31st it will be cold here so having a fuzzy costume will help keep him warm. I saw an adorable fuzzy monster costume I love.
The problem I am facing - DS is OBSESSED with Buzz and Woody from Toy Story ever since we went to Disney and he met them. Not sure why but they are all he remembers from the trip. He will chase a kid who is wearing a Buzz shirt down screaming Buzz Buzz. So he would absolutely adore getting to dress like Buzz himself for halloween! but the costume is not warm, he would need to wear a jacket with it. Plus this is probably the last Halloween I will be able to pick his costume without his opinion and you know boys costumes stop getting cute after a point.
So, if you were me would you go fuzzy monster so you can have cute pictures and memories and a warm kid or make your sons day dressing him in something you know he would love with a jacket over it?

While I am all for dressing them in something they like, your time of opinion free days are limited:)~ So maybe go with what you want. I did what I wanted her first and seconds and did what I thought she would like last year, this year I'm going what I want with a little of what I think she will like:)
