  Half full.

  half empty.

  Except when I see the glass half empty I anticipate it being COMPLETELY EMPTY and respond as such.

  Depends on the day - I was voted class pessimist in high school (which I'll never understand).  But most days I'm happy and seeing the glass half full.  Until I hit "one of those days" then there may as well not be a glass...
