It was so amazing to see the baby today! Just how much it's grown, and all of the individual orgrans:
Everything looked great. 10 fingers and toes and all organs working and accounted for. We even saw the baby drinking the amn fluid (little mouth was opening and closing). So cool!!! And so releaving.
Due to my low Papp-A diagnosis, they originally said u/s scans every 4 weeks, but the perinatologist said the LO is measuring ahead, and weighs 10 oz, so I don't need to be seen for 6 weeks. My second sigh of relief for the day.
And the best news is our LO decided to reveal HIMSELF!!!! GO TEAM BLUE!!!!
It was very clear that he was a he. I wish I could have gotten a pic of the smile on DH's face... OMG he grinned from ear to ear for the next hour ![]()
Edit: O! And they told me today I have an anterior placenta: Hence I haven't felt the baby yet. He even gave me a huge swing at the end of the u/s and I didn't feela thing.
Re: A/S Results
I have been waiting ALL DAY for this post!!! Yay Team Blue! You broke the streak, hehe.
I'm so glad that everything is looking good for you and your little boy. Have you guys been out to buy anything yet?
We also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And HOPE does not dissappoint.
