Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months

NTR: Does this happen to you?

About every 2-3 months, my right hand will peel the top layer of skin. I don't mean in little pieces, I mean from the center of my hand to my wrist in fairly big pieces. It is only my right hand, and basically the area that touches a computer mouse.

It has only happened the last couple years. I never think to ask my doctor about it as it doesn't seem to be an issue. Just curious if anyone else has this problem.

Re: NTR: Does this happen to you?

  • That seems odd.

Could it be because the hand you use on your mouse is your dominant hand that you use for most things? Maybe a chemical cleaner, etc, that your skin has a reaction to? Either way it's old skin falling off and being replaced by new skin, so it doesn't seem THAT alarming, but I definitely would mention it next time you see your doc just incase.

  • My hands will randomly peel sometimes.  All along the fingers and down into the palms.  It's gross and I can't figure out what exactly causes it.  I am sensitive to a lot of chemicals so I just figure that I touched something that didn't agree with me.
