Boudoir Photos (NBRF)

I had boudoir photos taken as an anniversary gift to H. It was a fun experience, and I'm glad I did it...even though I was really nervous going into it. I'd encourage any woman to do it b/c it can be so good for your self-esteem. Here are a few of the photos that don't show my face.

Wow they are great. I'm not sure I'm comfortable enough to do them. But hell if I had your figure I might could get over it!

My photographer said that a woman who was a bit overweight did it as a treat for herself. When she saw the photos, she called the photographer in tears b/c she said she hadn't felt so good about herself in a long time. A good photographer will have a way to make you look good despite flaws. This is why I think it's a good idea for people that might say just what you did!!!

I purchased an 8x8 20-page book with about 35 of the photos laid out nicely.

I'll give it to him this wknd. Anxious to see his reaction!

Girl, the people who do these kinds of photos make you look amazing, no matter your figure. A lot of women feel SOOOO good about themselves after they do them! Twinkle- you be a hottie. Beautiful pics. I was going to do phoos like this for our wedding gift, then I got pregnant and decided one yr anniversary. Didn't lose the weight fast enough and got prego again. Now I'm workin my butt off at the gym to get the baby weight off. Once I'm back to 'me' this is my gift to myself (and DH). But once I hit my goal these are what I'm going to do as my big pat on the back.

I did them in January. I am not at the weight I want to be, things don't look like they did 3 kids ago, but the pictures and whole experience boosted my self esteem like nothing else. I made a book for my husband with the pictures and he LOVED it!

I highly recommend it to everyone! OP, your pics are beautiful!

I wish I'd done this before baby. I feel sexier now because my body is a reflection of having my son...not just over eating,etc(if that makes sense). However somethings will never be the same especially the girls once we're done nursing.

Thanks again, ladies! Yes, a good photographer knows what works PLUS a little help from Victoria's Secret!

That's why I posted... b/c I think it can be such a great experience for even the people who wouldn't think they should do it.

When I read about it, I thought "wow, I wish I had the courage to do that." But the more I read about people's experiences and how they did it for themselves, I thought I could do it too!

Good luck - KC! I think it's great to have something to look forward to to motivate you!

I agree - Twink you are hot! I wonder if dh would be ok with someone taking my pictures like that. Of course this will need to be about 8 years in the future when we are done having kids & we already spent our tax return on getting my boobs lifted off my beltline!
