I love cheese and bought some brie before I found out I was pregnant... and then I found out that I'm not supposed to eat brie when I'm pregnant

I read something about it being made with unpasteurized milk of something. Now, could I eat brie if I cooked it? There's a great recipe with brie covered with pastry and baked. Is that ok during pregnancy? Does anybody know? TIA
Re: Can I eat brie?
cheese either has to be pasteurized or aged 60 days under conditions that are thought to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria, including listeria. If you got the cheese from a specialty shop that gets illegal imports (black market cheese, lol) or from a small local producer that doesn't follow the regulations properly, then you might have a problem. Otherwise, you are probably fine. The brie is most likely pasteurized.
You were right! The label says it's pasteurized. So, that means it's ok for me to eat it?
My dr.'s instructions were no cheeses if they aren't pasteurized - such as brie, feta or blue cheese. Just carefully read the label to see if it's pasteurized.
