Where to buy colored chalk that is skinny?

I have the sidewalk kind but I'm looking for the skinny kind for chalk boards DS like to use it and it's so much easier to clean up then markers and crayons on the walls.  Not that he is supposed to write ont hem but he hides is colors and uses them latter. 

I would love to know of a brick and morter store that carries it.
