Did you have a cyst? And did you have spotting with it?
I know, I am obsessing over this 58mm (2inch) cyst that I have! I had to cancel IVF cycle #1 and need to go back on 9/15 for my day 21 bloodwork to start priming, hopefully. I am so worried that it won't go away and I'll have to sit out for another month.
This is my first experience with a cyst, but I am on CD 7 and still spotting, mostly only when I go to the bathroom. I usually only bleed for 3 days.
Is this a sign that it's still there in full force or could it be a sign it's trying to go away?
Age 32, Diagnosed with Premature ovarian aging due to autoimmunity.
AMH 1.17, E2 78, FSH 7.9
HSG-reveals tubal disease and apparent endometriosis
DH's SA-normal
Positive for thyroid antibodies, Crohn's disease
8/27/11-huge 58 mm cyst 1st IVF cycle canceled 
9/20/11-2nd attempt at IVF cycle 1. Microdose Lupron Protocol
9/30-AF day 2 all clear! start Lupron 10 units 2x's/day
10/13-Egg retreival 10/16 transferred 2 embies!
10/30-BFP! Beta #1 685 11/1 Beta #2 1736

I have had cysts on multiple occasions. One of those times, I had spotting/bleeding for a month before my RE finally aspirated the cyst. The spotting could be from the cyst or it may not be from the cyst. Only time will tell.
Have you discussed going BCPs or aygestin to see if that would help it shrink? Have you considered having it aspirated?

Me= 37 and DH = 41
Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
IVF #4: BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #5: MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #6: (New RE): Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN
