    Didn't know it existed but sounds delicious.

    OT slightly - We ate at his restaurant in San Francisco for an event and got to chat with him. I had no clue who he was but the food was seriously to die for.

    I have the book and have only made a few purees.  Really excited to try out all the recipes! He has great cooking tips too.
