For those who have switched to milk

Did you mix with formula or breastmilk to get them used to it or did you just give it without mixing??  Also, when did you start??  At 1 year or a little before??

    I started at 10 months, replacing an ounce of formula at a time for a week. We are now completely weaned. I only weaned her that early because I wanted it done before going on vacation.

    We just started giving "drinks" of milk with meals in a sippy cup. Still only formula in bottles. DD is 9 months.

    We started about two weeks ago putting one ounce of WCM in with 3 ozs of breastmilk.  Then last week we upped it to half and half.  We have our 12 month doc appointment today and I'll ask what he says about upping the ratio.  I'm trying to wean at least from pumping at work.  Pumping = the devil.
