Prego Eye

Ok, so the last couple weeks I am noticing that I keep misreading things. I am calling it Prego Eye. I mean, I would occasionally do this before, but now it's just ridiculous! For example, I was looking at the boards list to the left and thought "nest boards" said "nest bastards!" I was all ready to get in a snit about the site applying that word to children of unwed parents when I realized I had only read it wrong. I'm not dyslexic, I swear! At least my husband thinks it's funny when he's channel surfing and I ask him what channel is showing "Toddlers and Tattoos."

 Anyone else have a case of Prego Eye? Read anything hilarious lately?

    um yes definitely has happened to me! and do you say things that you didn't mean to say? I'm always mixing up my words. I just feel plain slow!

    It got bad with DS and is back with this pregnancy too. I also have what I call "swiss cheese holes" in my brain. I cannot remember anything! I am constantly writing everything down because I will forget it otherwise.

    Oh man, I did this, this past weekend. A customer emailed me asking for a, "Bride Hanger," but in my mind, I read bridge hanger. And I read the email a couple times thinking, what's a bridge hanger?!? I googled and found nothing. I even responded to the customer asking what it was, she apologized saying she thought she wrote bride. I went back and all the emails and reply's clearly say, "bride." WTH is wrong with me!!

    LOL! I thought pregnancy brain covered the separate phenomenon where I walk around the house looking for something I am holding in my hand. : P
