My ovaries can bite me

I know y'all are probably bored of my posting on this issue but my monitoring appointment this a.m. did not go well. First, my RE has moved. He used to be 15 minutes away and is now closer to 40 minutes. But this morning traffic was "special" and it took me over an hour to get there and then 40+ minutes to get from his office to work. So even though I had an 8 a.m. appointment I was still late to work. Awesome. Then, I already knew my ovaries hide, and they do...but when the nurse finally found them this morning there was basically no growth. Shoot, the follicles looked like they might have even shrunk which...seriously? My lining has shot up though so there's some estrogen activity going on but where is it coming from? I'm so bummed. Just so so bummed. I'd be really surprised if they don't cancel me today. I really had this stupid idea that this would just work just like it did last time, and clearly I was delusional.
