Workout tip: When lifting weights dont lift to heavy. Learned from experience last week that ended in spotting for two days. Right now is not the time to go hard or go home. It's to maintain what we had. So light weight lots of reps..
Diet tip: Our babies are really starting to grow in this trimester fill your body with good fuel. Yes we are all gonna have our cravings and for the love of goodness eat it! But for the other 80% put health food in your body! You will feel so much better.

I don't think I'll have time to workout today. Boo! I am super behind on something at work.
I will say I need this reminder about eating healthy. I've kinda fallen off the wagon and been giving into every craving lately and skipping the good stuff. I know I need my vegetables, but carbs and dairy still sound so much better! Gotta eat for the baby!!!!
Instead of walking in our neighborhood, I'm going to drive to the lake and see if there are decent walking areas there. I need variety to keep me motivated.

I know what you mean! I get bored doing the same thing everyday! I love having a treadmill at home, but it gets very repetitive after a few days.
Speaking of, today I managed 2.5 miles running and 1 walking on said treadmill with some arms thrown in for good measure.
