US and an Update

What a whirlwind this has been. First, a suprise BFP, then last week we only saw a sac. I was worried, because I thought I was further along than I apparently am. Today we saw a baby (more like a grain of rice), that was measuring 6w1d. We saw a hb, but they didn't give me a rate (next week, according to the nurse). So... I guess I'm still PG. Thanks for all the good thoughts and support.

    Awesome news.  My OB didn't give me a rate at my first appt either, he wasn't sure how to use the machine (for real, I've showed him several times) to measure HB.

    That's great news!  At my first u/s with J they couldn't give me a h/r either and I was a nervous wreck but things were just fine, he was just too small at the time to measure it.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed that things continue to progress well!

    Childhood cancer (DH) + chemo + radiation = 0 sperm.
    LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
    LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).
    Life is beautiful!
