Saline sonogram tomorrow

So, back in June, I had my pre-IVF saline sono toward the end of my BCPs, and the Dr. discovered a polyp, which resulted in my cycle being canceled/delayed in lieu of a hysteroscopy/D&C.
So, 2 months later, I took my last BCP yesterday, and am going in for another saline sono and bloodwork first thing tomorrow. I'm cautiously optimistic that I will finally get to start stims tomorrow. Feeling nervous that something else will show up to throw another monkey wrench in the works, but really hoping I can get started, especially since I've been telling friends, family, and that I can't commit to anything the estimated week of ER and ET, since there are literally 5 major events, including a work trip and a wedding, that week.
Just trying to stay positive, and glad to know I'll have my answer in about 12 hours, because I've been having mood swings about this (excited/scared) for the past few days now.
10/10: Married; 5/11: Dx: Blocked Fallopian Tube; 7/11: D&C/Hysteroscopy to remove polyp

Dx: DH - Azoo, Me - Mild PCOS
DH - sperm found! Seems to produce only for a few days every 70 days!
Over 1 million in cryo in 15 vials over 6 samples
IVF #1 - 1 beautiful expanded blast transferred, 4 snowbabies - beta #1 11/30/11 = BFFN
FET #1, transfered 2 embies 2/16/12 = BFFN; 1 snowbaby left in cryo
IVF #2 + CGH = 4 genetically normal embies on ice. FET September 26th

D&E - Bled out. Blood transfusions. Week in ICU - Cheated Death!
Diagnosis: Blood clotting and bleeding disorder, immune issues, & cervical stenosis
