These in between seasons times are so confusing. I don't swaddle LO anymore, but I'm always worried about what to put her to bed in. We're in the midwest, so some nights are still a little hot, but then in the morning her feet seem cold. Some nights are starting to get a little cooler. Its so irregular. I do like to run the fan in her room, but not if its going to make her too cold.
All summer I just let her sleep in onesies unless I had the air on. Are there any good light weight feetie pajamas or sleep sacks that aren't super heavy? I have some, but they are fleece and obviously for winter.
Re: what does your baby sleep in?
In warmer weather, a light (sometimes footless) sleeper and an Aden + Anais muslim sleeping bag. I love these sleeping bags - they are super light so you can put them in something warmer or cooler depending on how warm it is outside.
In colder weather, a footed sleeper (sometimes fleece or velour but usually cotton) and a padded cotton sleepsack.
We are also in the midwest. Cotton footed sleepers and cotton sleep sacks are good. There are fleece sleep sacks and fleece footed sleepers. However if you do a fleece footed pj's, then do a cotton sleep sack when it is winter. You can also do the opposite. Don't do fleece and fleece as she will get too hot.
ETA: Your DD's b-day is 2 days off of my sons (and 2 years) but he was the sme age in the same seasons.
Babies feet can be deceiving about their body warmth. Blood flow in their hands and feet are really not that great because when they are younger all the blood is working for their organs and "important" things. To check the babies warmth, feel behind their neck.
I used to do cotton sleep sacks at this time of year, usually with a onsie under.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

Maybe it's just my DD, but she gets hot when she sleeps. All through summer she's been in short sleeves and shorts jammies with nothing else, or a onesie.
Once the temp in her room gets below 70, I'll probably start putting her back in long sleeves and pants (footless) or a lightweight footed sleeper.
When it starts getting really cold, then we got to the above, plus a footed fleece sleeper on top. Last year we also did a onesie underneath, but at the end of last winter we upgraded all the insulation in our house, so it shouldn't be as drafty - I hope!

Maddie likes to be snuggly when sleeping...so she may not be the best example. I put her in cotton footie jammies with a wearable blanket over that. We stopped swaddling around 2 weeks...she just seemed to hate being bundled up and she likes her arms out to the side when she sleeps...but she would kick off her a&a blanket and get too cold. Once we started the wearable blanket (it is the one by Carter's sold at Target), she started sleeping longer stretches. Also we have our AC on and set at 74 all the time....and I run a ceiling fan during the night for her.
When E was your LO's age, she usually slept in a onesie and a cotton sleep sack. We sometimes did a cotton sleeper with feet -- Carters or Children's Place. In winter, she wore Carters fleece sleepers and the cotton sleepsack. We use a fan in her room year round.
Now that she sleeps with a knitted blanket, she sleeps in long pants/short sleeve pjs or short/short sets. We'll switch to long sleeve/long pants pjs once it gets cooler.
