Auntie - Social Security Q

I know you've given this info before but I can't remember.

IL's want to set up a trust for DS (autistic).  I knew it had to be a trust and told them that but is there anything else to keep him eligible for SS?  Also does having an Autism dx automatically qualify one for SS?

    Not to hijack but i'm starting to feel like somewhat of an SSI expert lol.  I do not know offhand about the resources and how they can not be taken into account, but I do have this & it may help you.
