I think for Dillon's birthday I am going to buy him a toy kitchen. The problem is that my house is small and I am trying to find one that will not take up a huge amount of space.
Does anyone have a smaller type of kitchen they could recommend? I am thinking of going plastic rather then wood so next spring we can move it outside for him to play with - maybe.
All the ones I am finding online just seem so huge!
Re: Play kitchen help
Ikea has a nice small one, but, it's wood.
What about Elmo's restaurant? It's pretty small.

My SIL got my daughter a FP kitchen (we already had a PBK wood set though so didn't need/want 2 kitchens!) which wasn't overly huge and is plastic. In terms of size, it wasn't that large but I'm not sure what a small kitchen is in size but this one was also adjustable (could raise height as child grows and had an expandable 'counter' area to lengthen it). We gave it to my brother and I will say my daughter still loves to use it when we visit. The things she loves most are some of the battery-operated elements - a blender that 'blended' and a stove top that made a boiling noise. I'm not sure how those would fare outside though.

(it looks bigger in this picture b/c the kitchen is fully raised and counter is 'lengthened'. The 2nd row w/ microwave & oven disappears behind the bottom row when it's smaller and the counter area hanging over the side on the right doesn't have to be added if you don't want).
