Now that im pregnant (almost 8 weeks) i cant figure out how to get my eating under control! I feel like my whole plan has gone out the window. I am not sure what weight watchers recommends once you become pregnant? I looked on line and couldn't find anything. On the new plan I was on 29 points a day. Any suggestions? Im eating like a horse!

I was on WW for over a year. Although I'm not counting points anymore, I'm still writing down what I eat so I can keep a handle on it. If I don't track, I get completely carried away. I need the accountability.
Basically, I plan to (loosely) follow the guidelines of the old Core or "Simply Filling" technique. It's a basic, healthy eating plan...more whole grains, lean protein, fruits & veggies. Less processed foods, added sugar, etc.
I was doing WW before my BFP, and was also on 29 points per day. I just cancelled my subscription since they advise you not to follow while pregnant. They do have a program after delivery if you're breastfeeding (and obviously the regular program if you're not).
I am by no means dieting now (and loving every second!) but I still like to keep track of what I'm eating in an effort to eat/drink enough fruits/veggies/whole grains/water. I use the "Lose It" app on my iPhone. I figure it will be helpful for keeping track of weight gain later.
Keep in mind the point amount you were using was to lose weight - you would need to up that to a maintenance point and THEN add the 300 calories. I use My Fitness Pal since I was pre pregnancy - just changed my goals from losing to maintain. I do it to make sure I'm eating enough since DD is still nursing.
