Here I am at almost 36 weeks and showing off part of nursery... it's a tree mural I painted and am waiting for monkey decals to arrive in mail to hang from tree limbs... was going to paint them in but got way too lazy!!

What kind of paint did you use? I want to do a mural, maybe, if we have time, and I'm not sure what to use. I have done them in the past and used regular acrylic paint that you'd paint on canvas with, but is wall paint better?

thanks!! Originally I used acrylic but it was way too dark and I honestly thought the tree looked more creepy than cute! So I went out looking for a light brown and couldn't find the exact color I wanted and found it in regular wall paint! The leaves are acrylic though and I can't wait for the monkey decals to arrive so I can feel like it's more complete!! Still have so much to do in there!!
