Good luck, ladies!  I've tried to keep up with Irene's projected path, but I heard it just changed again.  I hope everyone gets through with minimal damages!  I'll be thinking of you....

    Thanks :) I'm here in Wilmington. I would prefer to stay but my husband is pressuring me to leave with the boys. His job requires him to stay here.

    ^same here!! dh works in burgaw and will have to stay here regardless. ugh.  i'm hoping to stay but if it moves more west we might leave.  we'll probably know tonight or early tomorrow if we're going to leave or not.

    I have to stay and work, too.  I think DH is going to stay here with the boys, unless Irene treks more to the west.  Then he will be taking the boys to family in Charlotte.

    Thank you!  Us here on the Outer Banks are about to give our butts kicked!  But we are staying so please pray that we don't get swept away.
