What do you do for Day Light Savings?

Regarding LO's bedtime.... Do you try to adjust slowly a week or so early or just let things happen?

...if you even participate in DSL...

  • I just let DD lead the way. Last year she just slowly moved herself back to her normal sleeping times.

  • Out of the blue this week, C has returned to waking up at 6am (instead of sleeping until 7). So I am planning to try and keep him up a bit later Friday and Saturday, but I am panicking a tiny bit inside as well...

  • We kept bedtime the same. DS woke up an hour earlier than normal, but it wasn't an inconvenience. Now he's going back to his normal schedule.

We changed our clocks back on Sunday (we're in the UK).

  • We will probably try to get him to bed a little later.  He normally goes to bed around 7:30, so I guess we will try to see if we can get him to 8:30.  He has been waking lately at 4:45am...I can't do 3:45am!  No  I think I'm thinking of the times right?!  Who knows...I've been up since 4:45.  Crying
