Do you notice an acidic smell in LO's spit up? I'm starting to think DD may have a slight case of reflux. What other symptoms did you notice?
DD threw up the other night everything I fed her but didn't cry and it wasn't projectile. It looked like someone just turned on a faucet and it all came pouring out of her (mouth and nose). She had a similar but more tame episode again last night. The only thing I can think of that would have set her off both times was her gag reflex. After she was done feeding both times she was either given a finger or a pacifier to suck on. This morning she was fussy after eating even though she burped and then spit up and felt better but I noticed the spit up was really acidic smelling.

I just stopped the Zantac b/c I felt like it wasn't really helping her-- we have a pedi appt on Monday-
I wouldn't say it smells acidic-- it smells like soured milk- and we've had the faucet problem recently too- it seems to happen when she gets a bubble and keeps eating
good question!! i was wondering this last night.... for the past two days DD has been spitting up and crying but i wasnt sure if it was because she didnt get in any good naps but i thought i smelled the acidic smell to her spit up. But also wasnt sure since she is on soy formula and it smells gross anyways!
