cute boys raincoats and affordable girls rain boots?

has anyone seen any cute boys raincoats either online or IRL?  I would like to stay <$20 if possible and size 3T.  How about girls rain boots?  Size 6 toddler.  I found some cute hello kitty ones at target but they don't have toddler sizes at my store.

    I really like the hatley boots and I just looked and they have them all on sale for 17.49 right now.   (www.hatleystore.com)   They also have matching raincoats and umbrellas to match too.

    How have I never heard of this store?  I'm dying of cutness over the Cookie Monster coat & boots!!!!

    It appears to be a really good sale today with free shipping over $50, so I got the coat and boots and boots for DD, too.

    Whoa, I've never seen this store before either- I just ordered coats & boots for both my kids, seems like decent prices and I was wanting them this year for them... unfortunately there weren't a lot that I could find both the coat & the shoes in their size but I ended up with surfer girl & robot. cute ;) & thanks!
