We will not be, we are seeing the ILs (well the side I can stand) who live in town for Thanksgiving. They have a large home and invited my immediate family ( I have a very small family) so that we could all be together which is a nice gesture IMO.
For Christmas we will only be going about an hour away...and only to my families. We aren't playing the schlup around and try to hit 3 different holidays game for each holiday this year.
I havn't decide yet. It seems like an easier thought to just load the car or jump a plane to get to families homes instead of cooking thanksgiving with a newborn and having people invite themself to my house, and they will, and they'll want to stay in my home so it will also have to be clean.
I'm lucky to live over my ILs, and DHs grandparents live in the same town (about 5 minutes away) so this makes holidays very easy. We'll probably just go to his grandparents for Thanksgiving. And Christmas is always the same- Christmas Eve we go to his grandparents then his parents, and my parents get Christmas day.

We are planning on traveling about 6-7 hours by car with LO for Thanksgiving. We did this trip when DS was about 7 weeks old and it actually went really well. We did have to stop about every 2 hours to feed and change the baby but otherwise he pretty much slept the whole way. Also he adapted well to sleeping in new places at this age and pretty much just slept the day away as we did activities with him alongside.
Not for Thanksgiving, but we will be driving home for Christmas. It is about 11 hour drive straight through so we will probably be breaking it up in 2 days. DH seems to think we can make it straight through the night but I think he is totally forgetting about all the stops to feed LO, not to mention the fact that I will probably be sleep deprived and not want to drive for hours at a time (if at all). I'm a little nervous! Oh, and I'm hoping DS will potty trained ny then so there is all the potty stops for him as well.
We will be flying with LO for Thanksgiving to see my parents, brother, SIL and nephews. It's about a two hour flight. Luckily, my bro and SIL will lend us any baby stuff we need, so we will be traveling very lightly. I've heard from friends that traveling with an infant isn't all that bad. Fingers crossed that things will go smoothly for us!!
Christmas will be an hour drive to see my ILs.

We considered going to MA for Thanksgiving to visit my husband's extended family, however, we have since decided that we will just stay in town and have Thanksgiving with our immediate families. Let the extended family come visit us if they want!

This gives me some relief, because I will also be traveling approximately that distance with a potential 6 week old. My major concern is how the weather will cooperate. We will be traveling from Iowa to Minnesota, and sometimes MInnesota has some crazy winter weather already in pursuit during Thanksgiving. Last year it was only 5 degrees and snow on two inches of snow on the ground at Thanksgiving. Hopefully, it will be safe (maybe longer) traveling.

DH's family doesn't get together for Thanksgiving, so we always go to my mom's. She only lives an hour and 15 minutes away, so I don't really consider that travelling.

We'll be staying home, since visiting family would mean flying internationally! I don't think we could even get baby a passport in enough time to go home for Thanksgiving, and my DH won't be back until sometime in December anyways.
We are flying for Thanksgiving on 2 shorter flights (1 hour and then 2.5 hours) and at Christmas will be our first international flight! So hopefully the passport won't take too long. I know of others who have had passports within a week of birth. So it should work.
We won't be traveling for Thanksgiving but we will be making a cross-country move during Christmas time. We will be driving. Here's to hoping that our LO will sleep a ton!

Yes, we'll be hitting the road for Thanksgiving. I am due October 10th so if she comes relatively on time, she'll be about a month and a half old at that point. We're driving to Richmond (3 hours from us) to spend Thanksgiving day with MIL and BIL, then to Roanoke (3 hours from there) to spend the rest of the weekend with my family. I'm not thrilled about it, but it's not a terribly long trip and it's the only time each year I get to see my whole family.
We'll be driving about an hour & a half for thanksgiving and flying down to Florida for Christmas (about 2 1/2 hour flight). All provided that the baby & everyone else is healthy enough.
I still haven't decided with Thanksgiving. I guess it really depends on when baby boy gets here and how smoothly everything (labor) goes. If we go somewhere, it will only be 1 1/2 hours away. We will spend Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with my mom & step-dad, and the rest of Christmas day with my dad & step-mom. Then DH's dad and step-mom will come down the weekend of New Year's to do Christmas and her birthday.

I am so glad that Cdn Thanksgiving is in October and is not the same crazy holiday as the one in the US.
For Xmas, my parents are in Florida - too far. So we will hang out with the ILs in town.
I plan to see how the baby is doing and maybe visit my parents in March.
