ok. Its time for me to try to start walking on a frequent basis. I just rather sit on the couch. LOL! On that note, I'm dragging my butt off the couch and going for a walk!
I went to the gym last night for the first time in 5 days and I feel so much better today, slept well and it really helped especially with my horrible bloating.
Enjoy the walk! And look for our Active Mamas Check-In on Fridays. I find it really motivating to hear what other people are doing--it helps me get over the "but-I-don't-wanna's" and actually DO something!
