East Coast Earthquake

Anyone else feel the earthquake today?   I'm in the DC area and my school shook like crazy.  We were like WTF was that?  Then they came on the loudspeaker and told us to get in doorways, then told us to evacuate, then while we were walking out, they said we didn't have to leave.  It's just teacher workdays right now, so I'm glad the kids were there yet.  That was crazy.

    I am in MD an I teach too. No students and no direction from administration. I grabbed my keys and left to get my baby. It was crazy!

    I definitely felt it here in northern VA.  The shuddering is what freaked me out the most.

    I was in DC and felt it.  Took 3 hours to get to DD at daycare in MD and that SUCKED!  Glad everyone is ok though!!!

    We live 30 miles from the epicenter. It was pretty intense!
