After you wash your pump parts, do you really let them fully air dry? What happens if you don't? I BF and sometimes pump, when the baby is being super fussy at the breast, or we skip a feeding, etc. So a lot of times it's a last minute decision, and I haven't cleaned the parts yet. In that case, I'll wash them and then dry them off w./ a paper towel as best as I can...sometimes there are teensy little crevaces that I can't get to. Anyone know if this is bad? I've wondered if it would increase likelihood of yeast or anything...also, I let air pump through the hoses after each pumping session to eliminate any condensation. TIA!

She means in a ziplock in the fridge
I've been told differently. I heard you can only refigerate it every other feeding. You should alternate it. After using it once, wash it. The next time you use it, refrigerate it. The coldness will help prevent bacteria from growing, but it won't neccessarily stop or prevent it.
Milk is good in the fridge for about 8 days, so even 24hrs in the fridge, the milk left in the pump parts is still good. I wash and stick the parts in the microwave sterilizer 1x daily (I know they don't need to be sterilized daily, but it's so easy and only takes 2 mins, kwim?), and otherwise stick the parts in a ziplock in the fridge. I've never had a problem with spoiled milk.
ETA: I only dry the diaphragms on my Ameda if I don't have time- that's the only part that attaches to the tubing, so I don't get condensation in the tubing or pump. I just shake off the rest.
