Suddenly sick at 15 weeks?

My nausea has been so mild this time around.  I threw up twice around 6-7 weeks, and that was it.  Last night I ate some noodles that didn't agree with me, and today I threw up immediately after I woke up.  I am 15w3d, so it seems late for morning sickness.  I'm wondering if it was the food?  I took Zofran this morning, and Tylenol a couple of hours ago, but neither seem to be helping.  Should I take another Zofran?

    I'm just over 28 weeks and I threw up on Friday. Morning sickness knows no routine in my world. I was very sick but stayed unmedicated so I can't help there. I hope it gets better soon.
    After two losses, a rainbow arrived! DD born 11.5.11
    Dx with severe Asherman's syndrome after a botched PP D&C (pursuing med mal)
    Hysteroscopy Oct '13, not enough progress 
    Hysteroscopy Jan '14, given an end-of-the-road diagnosis
    Joined International Asherman's Association April '14 
    Not ready to give up yet.
    Hysteroscopy with Dr. Isaacson (an expert in the USA) 6.2.14: Good prognosis, at least 50% of cavity open.
    Repeat hysteroscopy scheduled with Dr. I on 6.16.14. Great progress. Unbenched!!!!
    Discussing actively TTC with DH after the heartache of the last year. We're both reeling.

    Thanks.  I ate some "real" food and feel a little better now!  I don't think I'm going to take any more meds.

    My ms didn't really kick into high gear till 13-20 weeks.  I cut my zofran pills in 1/2 and only took them if I vomited more than once a day.  I guess it's up to you and how you feel whether you take them or not.  I got horribly constipated, so I really tried not to take them.

    My morning sickness was at its peak from 13-19 weeks.  I could get by with just taking one Zofran, but I usually waited to take it until after I was sick.
