Hi ladies, this is a check-in group for those who have had an ectopic pregnancy. We are here to support you, sympathize with you, and help answer questions!

New Members: Please post with any or all of the following information (whatever you are comfortable sharing):

Your name, How long you had been TTC, Date of BFP, EDD, Date you found out it was ectopic, Any medical treatments you had and dates, Any complications you had, Date your HCG was at zero, Date or how long it took for you to ovulate and/or get your first real period post ectopic cycle, Where you are now with TTC or TTA, How you are feeling about everything, Any other info you want to tell us.

My long-a$$ LP (16 days!) did not turn out as a pregnancy, so I am back to waiting to O. I'm co-hosting a baby shower tomorrow. I'm pretty good at separating my own experience from other people's pregnancies, but still wish it was me. In other news, I have been feeling super fat and I just can't seem to maintain good eating habits. Any advice? I know how to do it, I just can't seem to get in the right mind set and actually do it.

QOTW: I like English and biology. I hate math.

Anyone know how Angela's doing with her pregnancy?

Not too much going on here. Been a bit bummed out this week. Started when my friend said she had her 16 week appt and that in 4 weeks she finds out the sex...I felt like I was punched in the gut and was kind of avoiding her the rest of the week.

I am currently 8 dpo and while I am not that hopeful for this cycle...I have crazy MF. I poas yesterday afternoon...BFN (of course) and this morning...another BFN. I didn't expect to get a BFP this early even if I am KU..but hey...I got to pee on something...lol.

QOTW: My favorite/best subject was always math..I'm a numbers gal.

Hi! I've been kinda lurking on this board since my miscarriage last week. The OB said she thinks i had an ectopic because there was no sac. Everything was going so well, but then i started spotting, then bleeding, and it was all over

My last HCG was last Thursday and i was at 16. I have another blood test this Monday morning, so hopefully it'll be 0. I had my period already and according to FF i already ovulated this cycle. Not so sure that's right, but we're TTA this cycle so it doesn't really matter. I was told we could TTC next cycle, so i'm hoping for the best.

Hi, I'm new in these parts.

I'm Sonia. My DH and I were married 5.21.11; this was our first TTC cycle and a surprise. Details of my loss in my siggy. We were just given the okay last week to TTC again. DH is excited about the "trying" part, and I'm a little apprehensive; knowing that if/when we are pg again, I will not have that same happy naive glow. And part of me is not excited to spend 9 months stressed out about losing our baby.

It's nice (and sad!) to know there are others on this board who had an ectopic pg. I'm looking forward to supporting and having your support on our TTC journeys.

Sonia and Pinotgirl, welcome and so sorry for your losses. I'm relatively new here too and have found the ladies in this group to be so supportive. I really look forward to checking in every Saturday, it's like I can check off another week that I've pulled myself together and made it through.

Overall I'm doing better. It seems like my moments of grief and fear have been more fleeting. Xanax has been helping me sleep a solid 8 to 10 hours and I have even been able to help my DH out with some of our workload again (we own our own design biz). My parents are here this weekend helping out with cleaning and moral support so it's a nice way to end the week.

QOTW: I'm an English nerd.

I should be seeing AF any day now, but hopefully I wont. I have NO AF symptoms except that Im an emotional wreck! My poor DH thinks Im crazy and to be honest I feel crazy. Im trying not to POAS until Friday so please pray that this is it for me. Unfortunately though, I feel nothing like my last pregnancy so Im guessing Im not Sad

My favorite subject was drama

Hey everyone!

I'm back, more or less, from my short break. My sister is doing better and we even went away this past weekend to visit a friend of mine in southern Ohio.

It was great to get away and I had a blast. Before I left, FF had me Oing on Aug 16, but since I couldn't temp Saturday or Sunday but started back this morning it moved O date to Aug. 17. I like the 17th much better because of timing, but I think the 16th is probably more accurate.

QOTW: I loved English. I always loved reading and writing and I was good at it, so that helped.

Hi All,

I just finished AF#2 since my surgery. I think I'm going to do a monitored cycle next month because I'm curious to see how/if the follicles are developing and next month would be good timing if I actually got KU for our family vacation to Hawaii. I had a good weekend spending 3 full days with DH - it's been a couple of weeks since he's had the weekend off with me. I got some retail therapy in Wink .

QOTW: My favorite subject in school through high school was English, but in college I majored in biology which I love in a different way.
