  I am so sorry. My mom's was replaced a few yrs ago but not before it distroyed some boxes in the garage.

  it is eating up my weekend getaway money for sept. But if it had happened a few weeks ago I think we would have had to borrow money . I guess we need to work on building up some savings.

  Ours died on us 2 weeks before Christmas a few years ago so I know exactly how you feel. We got an awesome deal at Home Depot for one and had them install it. They had it done in 3 days.
