  As far as I know, all natural fibers can be prepped together.  I've been holding off on prepping mine until I get my last batch of prefolds, so I'm not doing the entire process twice

  Yes!

  Since they're prefolds, I'd recommend boiling them to help save you some time.

  ETA:  I just saw that some of your diapers are fitteds, my answer is still the same that you can prep all together, just don't boil the fitteds.

  yep I am prepping some prefolds, workhorse fitteds and some hemp inserts together right now.

  I prepped all my cotton, hemp, and bamboo together and haven't had any issues with any of them.
