It works great for what I've used it for so far. And I got a great deal on it, between it being on sale, having a coupon, and Kohl's cash I think I paid like $15 for it.
I don't know if there is a difference, but I have a "baby food maker" as oppposed to a regular food processor. Baby Brezza. I made some baby food for the first time yesterday. SO SO easy! It steams and blends all with one button. I LOVE IT.
We already had a steamer basket for in a pot so I don't miss the bonus steamer they have now. It is cute though... slap a smiley face on anything and it's cute.
I've used it for sweet potatoes, pears, avocado, bananas, and pancake batter (that was for H and me... I was feeling lazy and stirring took too much effort). The batch bowl is perfect for pancake batter.
I have the regular magic bullet and it's basically just a blender. I don't see why you'd need a food processor too. By the way, you only make baby food for about 3 months because by 9 months, they're eating small chunks rather than purees. Is it worth the money for 3 months of use? That's the question you should be asking yourself Even though it's not worth the money to me, I'm VERY tempted to get the baby bullet!

Re: Baby Food Processor?
I bought this one from Kohl's:

My Cuisinart immersion blender is working great. I'm freezing stuff ahead now while it's cheap and fresh for Owen in a few months.

I bought it for making soups for me.
