This past week my sleeping has taken a nosedive. Between insomnia and ridiculous hip pain, the evening hours are less than exciting. I finally caved and bought the smaller Boppy Cuddle Pillow (as opposed to one of the full body ones) since I was hoping it would give me a little more support for my low back and hips. I've used it for several nights now and I think, for the most part, I like it.
It's sold as a pillow to help support the belly and hips, though I've turned it the opposite way, so that the largest part of the pillow is actually between my knees since my stomach doesn't feel like it really needs any extra support right now. The hip pain has been lessened, but I still feel it a bit when I wake up. I may play with flipping it the other way to see how that works. I'm thinking that at this point, nothing is going to completely get rid of it, but at least the pillow seems to help.
The other nice thing is that it's not too large and my husband hasn't complained that he feels like it's taking over the bed. If anyone is looking for a little extra support in the belly/low back/hip area, I think this is a good option.
